Dear Local Businesses and Community Partners,
The Sharptown Volunteer Fire Department would like to invite you to promote your business or organization during their Annual Sportsman’s Bash, which is scheduled to take place on April 25, 2026.
This year, The Sharptown Volunteer Fire Department is raising money for new turnout gear, equipment, and towards a new fire house. Without the support of local businesses and organizations, it is nearly impossible to fund these undertakings that support our communities and give back to those who have served or are currently serving. All donations would go towards the underwriting of prizes, food, drink and other costs of the event to in turn raise more money for each organization’s projects.
There are several options for sponsorship for the Sportsman’s Bash:
• $250 donations will receive 2 tickets to attend the event, 2 extra non-attending raffle tickets, and a chance on a gun valued up to $500.
• $500 donations will receive 4 tickets to attend the event, 2 extra non-attending raffle tickets, and a chance on a gun valued up to $800.
• $1000 donations will receive 6 tickets to attend the event, 2 extra non-attending raffle tickets, a reserved table at the event, and a chance on a gun valued up to $1500.
