On Tuesday, October 13, Representative Andy Harris visited the Sharptown Volunteer Fire Department for a tour of the firehouse and to discuss funding he worked to secure in the House-passed FY27 Agriculture funding bill for an engine bay addition and renovations to the firehouse.
During his visit, Rep. Harris presented the department with an American flag that had been flown over the U.S. Capitol.
We thank Rep. Harris for taking the time to visit our station and for his efforts to support improvements that will help our department continue serving the community.
