It is with our deepest and sincere regrets to inform you that Life Member Bob Adkins answered his last alarm on November 2, 2016. There will be a viewing held on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 11am to 12pm. The service will follow at 12pm. Interment will be at the Sharptown Firemen’s Cemetery.

On Friday, October 7th, Sharptown Vol. Fire Department was alerted of a vehicle fire on Laurel-Sharptown Rd. in the vicinity of San Domingo Rd. On March 15 at 2:30pm, Wicomico Central alerted Sharptown for a Brush Truck to assist Mardela with a natural cover fire on Riverton Rd. Firefighters from Sharptown, Hebron, Delmar, Vienna, and Eldorado assisted with extinguishing the fire.
